The functions of the Division of Urban Greening are as follows: to work out urban gardening program and annual plan as well as to organize their implementation; to put forward technical know-how and criteria for urban gardening, and to supervise their implementation; to supervise the management of gardening projects; to organize and coordinate the greening and beautifying work of important events; to be responsible for bidding process in relation to design and implementation of gardening projects; to be in charge of collecting and managing compensation fee for greening purposes; to be in charge of administrative licensing businesses on gardening and greenery management.
