The functions of the Division of Flower Industry are as follows: to put forward industrial development policy proposals for flowers, honeybees, silkworms and forest seeds and seedlings, to work out their development programs and annual plans, and to bring such plans into implementation; to be responsible for the management of flower, honeybee and silkworm industry; to provide guidance and information service for scientific research and technical extension upon flowers, honeybees, silkworms and forest seeds and seedlings; to facilitate the good development of relevant associations or intermediaries.
