The functions of the Division of Planning and Finance are as follows: to formulate annual plans on gardening and forestry development; to manage the gardening and forestry projects; to be responsible for the allocation, management and supervision of gardening and forestry related funds; to be in charge of infrastructure construction and related fund management; to be responsible for the supervision and management of administrative charging; and to take the responsibility of financial management, fixed assets management, auditing affairs and statistics.
