The functions of the Division of Personnel are as follows: to work out development plan for all staff concerned including those from both the Bureau and its affiliated institutions; to formulate and implement the training program for gardening and forestry professionals; to be responsible for the institutional and personnel management; and to be in charge of the administrative work regarding staff’s overseas trips.
